What is it?

At Dauntless, CrossFit is a community of people working together to maintain a lifestyle of health and fitness both in and out of the gym. We work hard in the gym, but we also love to have a good time and laugh as much as possible!

What are the workouts like?

It's just exercise! Don't let the word "CrossFit" scare you off. All that means is our classes combine cardio and strength training to give you the most efficient, effective, total-body workout you can get!


To give you an idea of our typical day, we start by working on mobility and flexibility, then we warm up to work on a particular skill/strength exercise like jump rope or weighted squats. We finish with the WOD (workout of the day), which is usually 20-30 minutes of circuit style training that burns TONS of calories. All of our classes are led by a certified CrossFit Coach to help you get the most out of your workout and stay safe doing it.

If you're new to CrossFit, this program is the perfect place to start! Our coaches will work with you either one-on-one or in a small group setting for 6 sessions (scheduled at your convenience) to teach you the basic movements and lifts, help you learn the lingo, and build up your strength and stamina. On top of that, you'll get unlimited access to our regular classes for the month, too!

Personal Training

Work with one of our certified and experienced coaches for a more private, personalized experience. We currently offer one-on-one training in either general fitness or the CrossFit methodology. Sessions run around 45 minutes, but because it's truly personal, it can vary based on the specific workout.  We appreciate that your time is valuable and will work around your availability.
