Dauntless Athletic is not just for adults! We believe that healthy habits should be established early, so we've partnered with Master Trainer Thomas Pierce of Fierce Fitness and Wellness to bring you Fit Kids. Whether your child is new to fitness or an experienced athlete, this program is designed to improve coordination, strength, stamina, and focus for all levels.

Fitness Boot Camp

FIERCE FITNESS AND WELLNESS
Change your body, change your life! This 4-week total body conditioning program is designed to get RESULTS. We combine plyometrics, strength training, and agility work with a healthy nutrition plan to help you lose weight and build lean muscle fast. You can choose to do the classes only, or add on a Nutrition Consultation with meal plan (recommended for best results).

Boot Camp will kick off with a Meet & Greet Party at 9am on January 28 where you'll meet your coaches, complete your initial assessment, and get to know your fellow teammates!
